Charges
Established local social groups and registered charities may join free of charge. We offer the full benefits of becoming an Event Partner to commercial enterprises such as gay bars, clubs, shops and other venues at a monthly fee of £100+VAT to list unlimited events. Discounts are available for 6 or 12 month commitments paid in advance.
To make the most of the services that we provide to you, we recommend that you:
- Regularly add your new events to our calendar
- Keep all event information up-to-date and accurate
- Publicise the event information text service that we'll create for you
- Consider offering our members discounted entry, membership or other incentives: this enables us to promote you in even more ways
Assessing your eligibility
Our Event Partner Scheme is open to commercial businesses such as event promoters and gay venues, and to registered charities and established local social groups. If you're an individual looking to create and promote great social events in your area you should join OUTeverywhere as a member: we provide a huge range of additional promotional tools to members.

Here's a summary of the terms under which we accept Event Partners. On approval of your organisation as an Event Partner, we'll issue a username and password so that you can access our Event Partner website, enabling you to add your events immediately.
- OUTeverywhere is acting solely as a means for you to advertise and promote your own events. As such, you agree that it's your own responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide, and you give us permission to distribute the information without charge. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on, use or misuse of, that information or the ways in which we choose to distribute it.
- The spirit of our service is to promote the bringing together of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in safe and welcoming environments. You'll use our services in keeping with this ethos.
- We'll make every reasonable effort to ensure that our web, email and mobile information and promotion services are active and available. Sometimes things beyond our control prevent people accessing our services. We'll fix any faults as soon as possible and will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from you or others being unable to access our systems.
- You'll identify your own venue or group as the organiser or promoter of events and will not mislead people into believing that OUTeverywhere is responsible for anything other than providing event information and promotion services to your organisation.
- You will not publish information or use our systems to promote events and views that could bring OUTeverywhere or our members into disrepute, be harmful to people attending, be deemed offensive or abusive in tone, incite hatred or violence, or in any other way may be considered objectionable or damaging to anyone finding the information or attending the event.
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OUTeverywhere and related parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses relating to or arising out of your use of our services.
- We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to edit, correct or remove any information that you add to our systems <
- You may not re-sell our services or use your account to add the events of other businesses, organisations or groups. li>If we believe that you're acting in a way contrary to our agreement, we'll notify you to give you an opportunity to rectify any problems. If the problem persists after 14 days we reserve the right to terminate the agreement and withdraw your access to our services

PLEASE NOTE: Events are listed on this website on behalf of organisers in accordance with the Terms of Membership of OUTeverywhere and only if they have chosen broad publicity when adding their event to the Member Events calendar. As such, events are not necessarily affiliated to or endorsed by OUTeverywhere and may not be organised by the person who has listed the event: the person listing this event may simply be attending an event organised by another person or organisation and may wish to meet other people sharing their interest in the event.
